If your country is not listed but you are still interested in an item in the online shop, you can contact us so that we can find a suitable shipping option together. 

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. 

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us in this regard. Together we will find a solution. 

What do I do if I received a broken order?

Please send us a photo after receiving the broken item. We will refund the costs including delivery after checking. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel once it has been placed.
