Chrigel Maurer - Der Überflieger

As a paraglider pilot, Chrigel Maurer has been able to achieve almost all of his competition goals. The now 40-year-old pilot turned his hobby into a profession in 2003, when he took the step from the construction site into paraglider development. Since 2009, Maurer has been competing - and dominating! - Maurer and his team have competed in the Red Bull X-Alps adventure race every two years since 2009. In 2012, he became a full-time paragliding athlete. The step into self-employment was the result of great demand for further education and personal training for pilots and lectures outside of the flying scene. This book explains how Maurer continues to develop at the highest level and pursue his goals, gaining experience and passing it on to the next generation.
